Fitness Programme

Andrea our Activities Co-ordinator is a Level 4 Personal Trainer. Along with 2 other Level 4 PTs, we have soul use at our local private gym to develop fitness programmes for young people. With access to the well-equipped facility, individuals can engage in targeted workouts that not only enhance cardiovascular health but also significantly improve overall strength and mental wellbeing.

The incorporation of boxing training to those that are interested, adds an exciting element, combining cardiovascular benefits with increased agility, coordination and stress relief. There are also opportunities for peer-interaction. This is a popular choice for our Post-16s.
